Who You'll Be Working for:

Our client has won several food industry awards and is now rapidly expanding in North London.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

·Manage sales function of the company’s products.
·You will be responsible for consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and management of sales personnel.
·You will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales.
·You will work alongside and report to General Sales Manager and will be required to collaborate in establishing and recommending most realistic sales objectives for the company.
·To achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
·To establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, contacting regular customers on a monthly basis.
·To contribute effectively towards planned promotional campaigns by canvassing on the phone and by mailings to existing and potential customers.
·To continually develop an allocated regional sales territory by regular customer contact.
·Develop productive working relationships with customers, managers, other departments.
·Resolve customer queries and complaints.
·Monitoring slow selling products and product lines
·Taking part and attending exhibitions/road shows
·Dealing and managing customers complaints effectively
·Cold calling and finding new sales leads
·Able to sell promotional items
·Arranging meetings with potential customers and follow up meetings with existing customers
·Assisting on sale strategies
·Perform sales activities on accounts and also assist on major accounts
·Manage and develop sales support staff
·Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
